Terms and Conditions: No Refunds Policy

We’re committed to delivering a high-value experience through the Own Your Role Course Program and Certification Week. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review the following terms regarding payments and participation:

1. No Refunds Policy

All payments made for the Own Your Role Course Program and Certification Week are final and non-refundable. This includes:

• Full payments and payment plans
• Enrollments during promotions, discounts, or special offers

By enrolling, you agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including changes in availability, dissatisfaction, or non-completion of the program.

2. Access to Materials

Participants will begin receiving access to the program’s materials and resources starting December 9, 2024. These materials are proprietary and designed to enhance your learning experience throughout the program. Access to the materials is granted exclusively to enrolled participants and is non-transferable.

3. Rescheduling Certification Week

If you are unable to attend your scheduled Certification Week, you may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort at no additional cost.

• Transfer Request Deadline: Requests must be submitted in writing to support@hersocietyagency.com before the first day of your originally scheduled Certification Week.
• Availability: Transfers are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

4. Emergency Exceptions

While refunds are not offered, exceptions may be considered in cases of documented emergencies (e.g., medical issues or unavoidable life events). To request an exception:

• Email support@hersocietyagency.com with a written explanation and supporting documentation.
• Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions are final.

5. Commitment to Fair Use

All program materials are intended for personal education and professional development. By enrolling, you agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute course materials
• Use the content outside the scope of this program

Violations may result in removal from the program and could involve legal action.

6. Agreement to Terms

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the No Refunds Policy.
