Christiana and Blair first met in 2021 while collaborating for a mutual client. They bonded instantly over their shared passion for organic living, the digital world, and the freelancer lifestyle. Despite no longer working together, they remained close friends over the years.
During their early motherhood years, they often brainstormed various business ideas, ranging from e-commerce ventures to passive income strategies. It eventually dawned on them that their combined expertise was a crucial asset needed by many women in business, leading them to establish Her Society.
Today, Christiana and Blair are dedicated to empowering women in business, enabling them to scale effectively and focus on their entrepreneurial visions. Their mission is to help female entrepreneurs bring their dreams to fruition and achieve significant success.

Blair, a seasoned corporate expert turned Online Business Manager (OBM), seamlessly blends family flexibility with a profound passion for systems and technology. Her entrepreneurial management experience has honed her skills to perfection. Together, their complementary strengths and unwavering dedication to empowering women in business define the core of Her Society.
In 2021, our paths crossed while collaborating for a shared client, and we immediately bonded over our passion for organic living, entrepreneurship, and freelance work.
In 2022, despite no longer working together, we remained close friends. During early motherhood, we actively brainstormed various business ideas together.
In 2024, we had a lightbulb moment and realized the incredible strength of our partnership. Fueled by excitement, we knew it was time to harness our combined talents. That’s when we launched Her Society!
